We DO NOT charge a restocking fee for all items returned in the same condition as received. Refunds are for the actual purchase price of the items. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items returned in damaged condition will not be refunded. Custom ordered items like Hand Wired pickguards are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We offer a 60 day exchange policy.
